What athletes are saying:
"During my darkest time competitively, Nick was there to help me get my swagger back and find my joy for the game. I would not have made it to the NBA without Nick coaching me mentally during that time." - Nique Clifford, NBA First Round Draft Pick
"Nick was there at my lowest of lows. He created a space for me to express myself and helped me build back the confidence I had lost. You've completely changed me!" - George Conditt IV, went from 0-18 to Sweet 16
WHERE THIS JOURNAL WAS WRITTEN:
This journal wasn't written in a comfortable office or a cozy coffee shop.
It was written on a couch in a 700 square foot studio apartment above a nightclub - a couch away from being literally homeless. No dryer, no AC, no heat. Washing clothes in the sink, turning underwear inside out. Music pounding through the walls until 2am every night.
And in that space - broke, dismissed, doubted - I was writing the mental frameworks that would help athletes like George and Nique overcome their darkest competitive moments.
I didn't write this from a place of comfort. I wrote it from the SAME place you might be in right now - wondering if things will ever change, fighting to keep going, processing setbacks and heartbreak while barely surviving.
If I could build mental muscle in THOSE conditions, you can build it in yours.
This journal isn't theory. It's survival. And it works.
This journal contains the same mental muscle training that helped these athletes achieve their dreams.
Trusted by character coaches, sports psychologists, and winning programs.
