I Help Athletes Win The Mental Game
Author. Coach. Mental Performance Specialist.
I played college basketball with dreams like everybody else. But what I learned along the way wasn't just about the game — it was about the mind behind the game.
After my playing days, I started training athletes. Not just their bodies. Their minds. Their confidence. Their relationship with pressure. I wanted to give them what I wish someone had given me — real tools to handle the mental side of competition.
That work led me to the NBA. I've had the privilege of working with players like Tyrese Maxey, Tyrese Haliburton, Trae Young, Jimmer Fredette, Talen Horton-Tucker and Nique Clifford — guys who understood that talent gets you in the door, but your mind determines how far you go.
Today, I serve as the Character Coach for McNeese State Men's Basketball, where I provide mindset mentoring, faith coaching, and mental performance training for Division I athletes every single day.
I'm also the author of God X Basketball — a devotional that combines biblical wisdom with the competitive fire athletes need to hear. It was featured in GQ Essentials by Paige Bueckers, who reads it before every game. My second book, Underdog, carries that same mission: helping people find purpose through the grind.
I believe faith and competition aren't opposites — they fuel each other. I believe your mindset is a muscle that needs to be trained. And I believe every athlete deserves access to the mental tools the pros use.
That's why I created Attitude N Altitude — to put those tools in your hands.
